KEYSTONE PROGRAMS
Improve your fitness with color-coded programs assigned white, red, blue, and gold based on fitness level. Each program includes 3 to 6 paddling workouts a week. Four 12-week programs are a total of 48-weeks of programming and coaching instruction.

White Plan
For beginner paddlers and those that have been paddlers previously but have not recently been paddling (and want to give it another try). Learn more!
Red Plan
The red plan is for paddlers involved with some paddling but to a limited degree. Learn more Learn more!
Blue Plan
A blue plan is for serious paddlers who want to increase their dedication to the sport. Learn more!
Gold Plan
Finally, the gold plan is for the very serious paddlers who wish to be involved in a structured program and have adequate time for serious participation. Learn more!
