Why Train With Keystone?
Keystone coaching is led by Jesse Lishchuk, an internationally experienced U.S. National Team paddler with more than two decades in paddlesport. Jesse has represented the United States at eight World Championships and two Pan American Games, earning medals in both marathon and sprint kayak.
That experience shapes every plan as practical coaching designed to help paddlers improve technique, build fitness, prepare for events, and enjoy the process along the way.
